Big Shots was started in 1862 by the infamous Millard P. Fooonswaggle. Leaving a successful career as North America's foremost beaver trapper, Millard traveled the world looking for adventure. Millard wanted to live his life fast and on the edge. He boxed kangaroos in Australia...He wrestled pythons in the Amazon...He drank water from the tap in Mexico. It's a highly debated topic, but many scholars attribute Millard as the inventor of the Hokey Poker. No matter where he went, he was always looking for delicious food and entertaining local company. Upon his eventual return to the United States, he realized that there was a need for a restaurant that offered great food and fun surroundings, and Big Shots was born... or built...or started...or however you'd say it...
